Sometimes, you'll find a story that has local interest and you'll want to submit it to Preppermint so you can put it on your site. Well, that's real simple to do!
Once you have logged in, click on the "Submit" button at the top. This will take you to the submit page. There, enter a title for the story (what people will click on), a URL (the link to where the story is located), and a synopis (this is the text below the clickable title). You can choose some categories to help you find it later as well.
Once you click submit, it will now be added to your stories page. You can Mint or Prep it or do anything else you can do to a regular story.
Don't worry about other people seeing it - any story you submit has to be approved by an editor before anyone else who subscribes to Preppermint can see it. So, that local story won't be seen by anyone but you - and it will stick around for as long as you want it. We will never delete any story that is Prepped or Minted.

Hello again! We've been busy, knee deep in creating new ways to improve what we think is already the best Prep tool out there, but before I get to describing what we have in store, I first want to talk about tools we already have in out toolbox.
The feature that gets most people excited is the "Mint" feature of our service. As I'm sure you're aware, it's a little button next to every story that publishes the story to your website when you click it.
However, there's another cool button just to the left of it. That's the "Prep" button. |

Thanks for stopping by Preppermint and checking out our blog. We (and by we I mean Chris) will have updates, ideas and other ponderations here for your perusal.
We want you to know that this is not just another prep service. Other prep services are one-way streets. They do some work, and you get it. If you don't like it, then don't use it. We don't believe in that take it or leave it stance.
