Hello again! We've been busy, knee deep in creating new ways to improve what we think is already the best Prep tool out there, but before I get to describing what we have in store, I first want to talk about tools we already have in out toolbox.

The feature that gets most people excited is the "Mint" feature of our service. As I'm sure you're aware, it's a little button next to every story that publishes the story to your website when you click it.

However, there's another cool button just to the left of it. That's the "Prep" button.

The Prep button is very useful for doing exactly what it says - prepping your show. Sometimes you see a story and you want to do a bit or a phone topic on it, but not for another day or two. Instead of making you write it down to hopefully remember that you want to check it out, you cna just "Prep" it.

When you Prep a story, it sends it to your "Prepped" page. This way you can save it for later without having to publish it. It's a bookmark for later consideration.

It does't stop there. The other cool thing about the Prep button is that it is shared. You can collaborate with other members of your show or station. If you see a story at night that you want to talk about the next day, just Prep it. It will show up on everyone's "Prepped" page.
